This research aims to explore the influence of the board of commissioners, managerial ownership, foreign ownership, audit quality, dividend policy, ownership concentration, and debt financing on company performance, with managerial overconfidence moderating the effect of debt financing and company performance. Conducted from 2019 to 2022 on non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the research utilizes purposive sampling of 66 companies in various sectors, such as property and real estate, transportation and logistics, infrastructures, technology, consumer non-cyclical, and consumer cyclical. Employing a causality research design and multiple regression method. The research results show that the board of commissioners, managerial ownership, foreign ownership, and dividend policy have a positive significant impact on company performance. In contrast, audit quality, ownership concentration, debt financing, and managerial overconfidence do not significantly affect company performance. Board of commissioners' oversight ensures strategic alignment and governance integrity, managerial ownership aligns leadership with company success, foreign ownership can bring a global perspective and additional resources, and sound dividend policies can attract shareholders. Notably, managerial overconfidence does not moderate the relationship between debt financing and company performance.
